Peak District Journeys Through The Landscape

Over 20 million people live within an hour's drive of the Peak District, and I was one of those statistics, until I moved to the National Park in 2016. Formerly a visitor to one of of the most beautiful corners of the world, I found myself completely seduced by a landscape I realised I knew very little about.

This project began much earlier for me, it was (and still is) about journeys of discovery, just me, the car and my camera, never knowing quite where we will go, what we will see, or who we will meet along the way.

Since moving here however, I have begun to focus on not only the views, but also the rivers that flow through a landscape which I now call home, the history of the area, and the communities within it.

For me Journeys Through The Landscape has become a lifetime project…
